Guatemala City. Market speculation should be more tightly monitored and regulated, UNCTAD Secretary-General Supachai Panitchpakdi told the World Coffee Conference in Guatemala City on Friday, in the wake of the economic crisis and recent price volatility in agriculture and energy.
